Can I change or cancel my order?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs). Just fill in the returns form and let us know whether you want an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned unused and in an as new condition in the original undamaged packaging.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order, you'll receive a order confirmation via e-mail. We'll process your order as fast as possible. When the order is ready to be sent we provide you an e-mail with track & trace code. You can use this link to trace your order up until it's delivered to you. 

Can I place my order online and then collect my item(s) in a store?

No, unfortunately that isn't possible via this website.

Although if you're living in one of the countries mentioned below, you could order our products (online) via the dealer in that country and collect your product(s) in a store nearby.
